Kaiden AI is committed to transparency, data privacy, and legal compliance. This document governs your use of all applications and services hosted on kaiden.vip.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Kaiden AI collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our services. When you authenticate via Manus OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and a unique identifier. We do not collect passwords, payment card numbers, or government-issued identification numbers directly.

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and OAuth identifier provided at login.
  • Usage Data: Application feature usage, session duration, and error logs for service improvement.
  • Payment Data: Billing is processed exclusively by Stripe. We store only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers — never raw card data.
  • Clinical Data (Health Apps): Any clinical documentation entered into Health Suite applications is encrypted at rest and in transit and is governed by our HIPAA Notice below.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate your identity and maintain your session securely.
  • To process subscription payments and manage your access to premium applications.
  • To improve application performance and resolve technical issues.
  • To send transactional communications (receipts, security alerts). We do not send unsolicited marketing email.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For payment processing. Governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Manus OAuth: For authentication. Governed by Manus's Privacy Policy.
  • Legal Authorities: Only when required by valid legal process, court order, or applicable law.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Clinical documentation in Health Suite apps is retained for the period required by applicable healthcare regulations (minimum 7 years) unless you request earlier deletion and applicable law permits it.

5. Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Session tokens are signed with HS256 and expire after 24 hours. We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you within 72 hours of discovering any breach affecting your data.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to maintain your authenticated state. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from remaining logged in.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application on kaiden.vip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using kaiden.vip, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Health Suite applications are intended for licensed healthcare professionals. Use of clinical tools by unlicensed individuals is strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
  • No Refunds Policy: All sales are final. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
  • Failed payments will result in a 7-day grace period before access is suspended.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any application.
  • Use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access our services beyond normal usage patterns.
  • Resell or sublicense access to our applications without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All applications, code, designs, content, and technology on kaiden.vip are the exclusive intellectual property of Kaiden AI / Andrew Bridges FNP-C. The "Living Code v2" technology is proprietary and protected by copyright. No license to our intellectual property is granted except the limited right to use our services as described herein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Clinical tools are provided as documentation aids only and do not constitute medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kaiden AI and Andrew Bridges FNP-C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of the owner's principal place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices

THIS NOTICE APPLIES EXCLUSIVELY TO HEALTH SUITE APPLICATIONS: SYNDICA CONCIERGE CARE, SYNDICA AESTHETICS NP, AND HEALTHSYNC SCRIBE.

Our Obligations

Kaiden AI acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA when providing Health Suite applications to covered entities (licensed healthcare providers). We are required by law to maintain the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) and to provide you with this notice.

How We Use and Disclose PHI

  • Treatment: PHI may be used to facilitate clinical documentation and care coordination within the application.
  • Operations: PHI may be used for quality improvement and technical support, with minimum necessary access.
  • No Marketing: We will never use PHI for marketing purposes or sell PHI to any third party.
  • Required Disclosures: We will disclose PHI when required by law, such as in response to a valid court order or public health authority request.

Your HIPAA Rights

  • Right to access and receive a copy of your PHI.
  • Right to request corrections to inaccurate PHI.
  • Right to request restrictions on how your PHI is used.
  • Right to receive an accounting of disclosures of your PHI.
  • Right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services if you believe your rights have been violated.

Security Safeguards for PHI

All PHI is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access to PHI is restricted to authenticated users with role-based permissions. Audit logs are maintained for all PHI access events. We conduct annual HIPAA risk assessments and maintain a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) program for covered entities.
